The odds of seeing some stranger arrest are about ten times lower.

The flip side of that is that those friends, family members, co-workers, etc. also have a greater than ten percent chance of seeing someone arrest, and the person they might see is...you.

So make a list of the people most likely nearby if you arrest and make sure they all get trained!Bob Trenkamphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11727082150399155823noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2451693409488062086.post-61134320101690799482013-05-07T06:13:49.367-04:002013-05-07T06:13:49.367-04:00I identified lots of exciting information and fact...I identified lots of exciting information and facts right here. In order for someone to survive from cardiac arrest the heart needs to continue pumping and supplying oxygen to the blood, and thus to the brain.

CPR Course AtlantaAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15331288823596325156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2451693409488062086.post-26480341728184391072012-09-22T12:11:49.332-04:002012-09-22T12:11:49.332-04:00An AED will not work on a heart that is not beatin...An AED will not work on a heart that is not beating. So the child would have to be in defib for it to work anyway. Many people who are experencing a cardiac arrest DO NOT have a heart beat and so AED would be useless. a lot of people think AED are like the paddles they see on tv. They are not. People really need to educate themselves.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08106120848785538693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2451693409488062086.post-56863304863731197862012-08-25T13:28:53.182-04:002012-08-25T13:28:53.182-04:00Glad to come across this post about cpr & aed...Glad to come across this post about cpr & aed .
